\nlocal geographical area of your choice. Through this HNA you will develop a geographical
\nprofile, exploring factors that impact the health of the people within this
\narea. Whilst exploring the public health data you will identify and justify a
\ntarget population from within the geographical area, along with THREE areas of
\nneed. After prioritizing and justifying ONE area of need, you will then
\nidentify and justify a community health initiative to address this need. The
\nfollowing four steps provide guidance on what you need to do to complete this
\nassignment. Read this alongside the \u2018Assignment Writing Guidelines Framework\u2019
\nfor this module (found on Canvas), which will support you with the content and
\nlayout of your work. While looking at the public health data, you will find and explain THREE areas of need, as well as a target population from the area. After putting ONE area of need in order and explaining why it is important, you will find and explain a community health initiative to meet this need.
