\nBorder control has been placed by most of the nation’s to avoid illegal activities from a country to another, for instance, illegal trafficking of people .Terrorism and transportation of terrorist weapons have been limited in the last few years due to the nations controlling their borders.
\n3. What would happen to Nations that had none of these controls?
\nThere would be free entry and exit from one country to another which would discourage economic activities such as tourism,inadequate housing, overload of sewages, inadequate medical and social facilities. Countries with no border control are like Hawaii and Alaska.

\nThe jurisdiction document which has rules on control of immigrant’s.The supreme clause which is an interpretation of the federal laws

\nNo. Countries have no role in to play in creating policies. Illegal immigration has been cracked down by states and the jurisdiction which has been challenged in the court of law.
