CLIENT PROJECT BRIEF<\/p>\n
As part of Riverside Sunderland Masterplan, the Sunderland City Council plans to build 1,000 homes to<\/p>\n
rent and buy, with community facilities and social infrastructure for a population of 2,500. The proposed<\/p>\n

The Council put forward its land assets in this partnership with Vitality Life who will, in turn, provide the<\/p>\n

Although planning approval for the scheme has not yet been granted, planners are confident that this will<\/p>\n
