\u2022\tOne person needs to be responsible for recording the Zoom Debate
\n\u2022\tTo create breakout rooms> there are 3 dots on the lower menu next to reactions.
\no\tPress the 3 dots and click create breakout rooms.
\no\tYou can assign yourself to the breakout room or have the host put you in the breakout room
\n\u2022\tHave your sources and information in front of you- you will need it for the rebuttal.
\n\u2022\tBe taking notes of what your opponent said during the opening statement to prepare for your rebuttal.<\/p>\n
1)\tPro stance will go first with an opening statement (5 minutes per team)
\na.\tEach partner will have an opening statement
\n2)\tAnti-stance will go with their opening statement (5 minutes per team)
\na.\tEach partner will have an opening statement
\n3)\tPartners will then go to their breakout room (5 minutes per team)
\na.\tThis is where you will plan your rebuttal.
\nb.\tEach partner will come up with a rebuttal
\nc.\tWhen done- meet back in the big zoom room
\nd.\tWhen each group has returned Pro stance will go first
\n4)\tPro stance will state their rebuttal (5 minutes per team)
\na.\tEach partner will have a rebuttal
\n5)\tAnti-stance will go (5 minutes per team)
\n6)\tPartners will be coming up with their closing statement while the other team is going
\n7)\tOnce the last team has gone
\na.\tPro stance gives closing statements (5 minutes – each partner must have one)
\nb.\tAnti stance gives closing statement (5 minutes -each partner must go)
\n8)\tWhen finished, upload the video to the assignments tab.<\/p>\n
