\nYou will write about the Chernobyl disaster and the weeks
\nfollowing it from three voices\/three perspectives: Pick three of
\nthese four or five: a) from the perspective of a nuclear scientist in
\nChernobyl, b) from the perspective of a wife of a liquidator, c) from
\nthe perspective of Mikhail Gorbachev, d) from the perspective of a
\nchild in Pripyat, e) from the perspective of an abandoned dog in
\nthe exclusion zone or f) (for the environmentally minded) from the
\nperspective of a tree or plant in the exclusion zone). In writing
\nfrom these people\u2019s or beings\u2019 perspectives, consider 1. what they
\ncan and cannot know at the time of the accident, 2. what nuclear
\npower means to them, what they value in life and what\u2019s not
\nimportant to them, 3. consider the tactile or physical information
\naccessible to them: where are they when the accident occur and
\nin the weeks after; what do they see, smell, hear, observe, feel?
\nHow does the story, the explanations and the important
\ninformation change depending on who\u2019s perspective you are
\ntrying to comprehend?
\nThe analysis will be 1-2 pages. The answer needs to be based on
