\nStrengthsFinder assessment. This assessment will identify your
\npersonal strengths, which have been shown to improve
\nmotivation, engagement, and academic self-conference. Through
\nthis assessment, you will discover your top five themes\u2014which
\nyou can reflect upon and use to leverage your talents for optimal
\nsuccess and examine how the results relate to your leadership
\ntraits.
