OB patient with preeclampsia: One of the most challenging aspects of this encounter could be managing the patient’s hypertension and other symptoms while trying to prevent the condition from progressing to eclampsia. It may also be challenging to balance the need to closely monitor the patient with the need to respect her autonomy and decision-making capacity.<\/p>\n
Patient with chlamydia infection: One of the most challenging aspects of this encounter could be discussing the infection and its potential consequences with the patient in a sensitive and non-judgmental way. It may also be challenging to ensure that the patient understands the importance of completing the full course of treatment and of informing any sexual partners about the infection.<\/p>\n
Encounter for anticonvective in an obese woman: One of the most challenging aspects of this encounter could be addressing the patient’s obesity in a way that is respectful and non-judgmental.
