\n(How to Get the Most Out of an Informational Interview) providing advice for conducting informational interviews. Identify at least six questions you would like to ask this person.

\no\tHow can you leverage emotional intelligence with your field of study?
\no\tHow do you plan to continue to develop your Emotional Intelligence and leverage your strongest EQ subscales?

\no\tGo back and review all of your reflection papers. Summarize what you have learned about yourself throughout this course.
\n\u2022\tAreas of Development
\no\tClearly identify and discuss at least three areas for development that will enable you to become a more inclusive leader. You should address at least an initial step to change in each of the three areas.
\nPapers should be a total of 6-8 pages in length, written in APA format, and should use a minimum of 4 references, two references should include materials outside of class to support your work.<\/p>\n
