Drawing on what you have learned in the course, develop a presentation (PowerPoint) which outlines and describes a performance measurement system specific to the hypothetical organization you envisioned in the week 1 assignment. Please indicate exactly what you intend to measure and how you will measure it. Also, think about the following with your system of measurement: (a) It should be made to produce performance outcome results, (b) it should include and show the relationships between the mission, vision, and values that drive culture and are kept up by governance, and (c) it should ideally include some measure(s) of clinical performance.
