List all the patient\u2019s health stats in sentences with specific numbers\/levels (Blood pressure, bowel sounds, ambulation, etc.)

Explain what treatments the patient is receiving because of their disease

Explain what your nursing diagnosis is (What is the main problem for this patient? What need to be addressed?)
\nExplain what your goal is for helping the patient recover (What do you want to change for the patient?)

Explain how you will accomplish your nursing goals, and support this with citations (Reference the literature)
\nAssessment<\/p>\n
Explain how effective the nursing intervention was (What happened after your nursing intervention? Did the patient get better?)
\nRecommendations<\/p>\n
Explain what the patient or nurse should do in the future to continue recovery\/improvement
\nYour paper should be 3-4 pages in length and will be graded on how well you complete each of the above sections. You will also be graded on your use of APA Style and on your application of nursing journals into the treatments and interventions. For integrating nursing journals, remember the following:<\/p>\n
Make sure to integrate citations into all of your paper
\nSupport all claims of what the disease is, why it occurs and how to treat it with references to the literature on this disease
\nAlways use citations for information that you learned from a book or article; if you do not cite it, you are telling your reader that YOU discovered that information (how to treat the disease, etc.)

Inform the reader about the patient’s identity (Age, gender, etc.)
\nGive a brief description of the situation (what was the cause of the problem or what happened).
\nIntroduce your major point of contention (what should you, as a nurse, concentrate on or do?

Give an overview of the disease (what are the symptoms? What is the source of the problem?)

Explain the patient’s health concerns (have they been diagnosed with other diseases?) and how they came to be diagnosed.
\nPlease provide a thorough description of any and all previous treatments (Have they had any previous surgery or are they taking medication?)
\nPhysical Examination in the Nursing Profession<\/p>\n
List all of the patient’s health statistics in phrases, using precise numbers and levels to indicate each statistic (Blood pressure, bowel sounds, ambulation, etc.)
\nTreatments that are related<\/p>\n
Describe the treatments that the patient is receiving as a result of their ailment to the doctor.
\nNursing The Diagnosis and the Patient’s Objective<\/p>\n
Explain your nursing diagnosis (i.e., what is the primary problem that this patient is experiencing). What issues should be addressed?)
\nExplain what you hope to accomplish in terms of Helping the patient’s recovery (what do you want to see different for the patient?)
\nNursing Interventions are defined as follows:<\/p>\n
Explain how you intend to achieve your nursing objectives, and provide supporting documentation. (Refer to the relevant literature.)
\nAssessment<\/p>\n
Give an example of how effective the nursing intervention was (for example, what happened after the nursing intervention? Is the patient doing better now?)

Explain what the patient or the nurse should do in the future to ensure that the recovery or improvement continues in the future.
\nYour paper should be 3-4 pages in length, and you will be scored based on how well you complete each of the elements listed in the preceding paragraph. APA Style and the implementation of nursing journals into treatments and interventions will also be evaluated, as will your ability to communicate effectively.
