ASSIGNMENT #5 –ORAL PRESENTATION

60 marks = 20% of grade

DEADLINE: Presentations will be conducted in-person before Prof. S. Kerr during WEEK 14, in accordance with the class presentation schedule that will be posted after 4pm on Monday, Dec. 12, 2022. Failure to conduct and complete your presentation and hand-in sheet by your allocated assignment #5 deadline will result in a grade of zero for this assignment.

INSTRUCTIONS:
This assignment has two (2) components to it, they are each detailed below:
1) Presentation: (43 marks) Prepare an oral presentation of 7mins. duration. On the day of your presentation you are to print and hand-in to the professor a SINGLE-SPACED ONE-PAGE SHEET which clearly identifies the following:

Presentation: (43 marks)
During your presentation, you are expected to refer to the issues you describe in your “Presentation Hand-In Sheet”. In addition to those issues, you will be scored based on the 43 criteria described in the Oral Presentation Rubric which is attached to these instructions.

Overall Scoring:
In addition to the scoring rubric shown above and in the presentation attached presentation scoring sheet, marks will be deducted as follows:
A maximum of 5 marks will be deducted for errors in spelling, grammar, word, punctuation or instruction compliance. 2 marks will be deducted for each partial or whole day that a presentation sheet is submitted late.

Reminder: 2 main points should be verbally highlighted in your presentation.
