– State identifying data-people in family and ages e.g. mother age 53( no family name or address or phone number) Identify family as family A.
– Identify family cultural background, religious identification.
– Discuss the developmental stage of each member of family using (Ch 20, Box 20.1) and discuss if developmental tasks are being met for each family member.
– Discuss the Environmental data- characteristcs of home and neighborhood, family’s social support network.
– Discuss family stress and coping -short and long term family stressors, coping strategies used, dysfunctinal strategies used.
– State one healthy people objective that relates to your family assessment. (Healthy People 2030)
– Explain your choice of the Healthy People objective, goals and why this is important to your chosen family.
